this is who he is:Mr. Klumper has a wife, Kristin and son named Elias. He went to Augustana College and spent his first five years of teaching in Sioux Falls at Patrick Henry Middle School.
This is why he's here:I'm real. Not perfect. Make mistakes. Get frustrated and discouraged. But never let myself stop and stay in those places. I'm honest. I'm forgiving and patient. I'm here for you. If I correct something you do or say, it will never mean that my view of you has changed. I believe you're all good. But even good people need someone to check them time to time. I believe you each have something unique and special about you and never want any of you to be fake just to fit in. I believe in not just showing people you care, but telling them too. Many people have, or had, something happen in their life that no one else knows about, so I try really hard not to judge or stereotype them because of how they look, sound, walk, talk or dress. I say thank you, please and you're welcome. I can't stand the thought of not being the best at something. Sometimes I need to be a leader and other times I need to listen and follow. I care about your safety, your emotions, your learning and your nine months of growing just a little bit more up that I get to spend with you.
