Fagerhaug International School (FINT) follows the International Baccalaureate model. This style of learning is based on several different united of inquiry, where all of us take the role of learner. It will be our goal to learn about ourselves, about our environment, about each other and about the world as a whole - investigating our role and responsibility to make this world a special place for all people. Below are various units of inquiry that will become our focus as various times.

2017-18
Ancient World History will focus on several ancient civilizations. We will make connections to our current lives and learn about the impact each civilization made during ancient times as well as today.
2015-16
(7th Grade Curriculum)
General geography will be broken into 7 units; one unit for each continent of the world. Starting with "North America" and finishing with "Oceania, Australia, New Zealand and Antarctica," we will develop deep understanding of the physical geography, culture, customs and much more about the people living in various countries within the seven continents.

Advanced Social Studies will use the TCI (History Alive!) and Mapping the World by Heart resources.
